Youth Athletic Development with Off the Mountain

A foundation for lifelong sport and adventure

At Off The Mountain, we train youth to excel in their sport while developing resilience to injury. We fill in the gaps of typical in-sport training to help your children perform while creating and maintaining healthy joints. Sessions focus on speed, agility, strength, and injury prevention.

How it works

Participants in Youth Athletic Development train in groups of 3-4, ensuring a strong balance of camaraderie and 1:1 feedback. We can pair your child with a group, or we can form a new group for your child and their teammates or friends. No prior fitness experience is required. We teach proper lifting technique and gym etiquette. 

How we train

We encourage groups to train 2x/week. Sessions emphasize mobility, strength, and speed + power. In-season, we ensure that athletes have the energy to perform their best on the mountain, court, or field. Out of season, we ramp up training to make bigger gains.

Cost

We offer a youth punch pass with 10 sessions priced @ $400 (good for two months). Alternatively, we offer individual classes at $45 / athlete.
