When: September 30, 2024 - November 22, 2024. We wrap up the program the week before Thanksgiving.

Classes available Monday through Friday. 7am, 10am, 2:00pm, 4:30pm
Access to Kinstretch classes. 8am M/W/F every week. An hour of training your joints!
